Bank «Globex»

Since October, 14th of «Globex» the bank has refused to return ahead of schedule contributions to clients. But only 1 (!) has filed action in court. Only one!
P.S.
The State saves «Globex» as saved «Svyaz-bank», «KIT Finance» and Sobinbank.
The desire and money at the state on all banks will not suffice.
If banks start to disappear, it will remind mice in «Nutcracker»
