   This is the price in liters, right? We have here in the U.S. today the price of $2.09 for one Gallon (3.8 liter).

   Yes, in liters.
   In Russia 1 liter 95gasoline=about$1

   This is nearly 2 times more expensive than in America. Do you really such low prices?

   yes, the prices dropped recently under $3… it was up to almost $5 some months ago.
