Traffic rules in Moscow

In Moscow through one drivers “cleverest”. If by rules it is impossible, but very much it would be desirable - engage alarm lights and at once it becomes possible :))

    That rule applies in Australia too - if it’s against the rules, turn on your hazard lights!
