5 reasons to hate the Moscow underground

1. Advertising.
It is everywhere. On the walls of stations, in wagons on the walls and glass, on the escalators audioadvertising and endless shots of posters.
Advertising in the Moscow subway ugly and unpleasant.
I want such advertising:
2. Queues for tickets.
They are endless, in the beginning of the month-end. Ticket machines do not work, though are established for a long time.
3. Perpetual rush hour.
At women glass nail-file break in handbags. At men crack screens phone in a breast pocket. Everyone sweat both in the winter and in the summer. On Mondays to sweaty, smelly armpits it is added rigid universal smell of alcohol.
4. Homeless.
Only visitors will enter the ring-line in an empty wagon with neighbouring slaughtered. Muscovite will spit and enter nearby. Where crowded. And will look from armpits neighbour and melt, at the empty wagon at the guest capital, who face covering clothing and trying not to breathe, with pooped and runny eyes waiting for the next station that bullet fly, giving the place the next poor devil.
I hope not for anyone not surprising that the homeless sick in an open form of tuberculosis and other similar charm. And all this for some 19 rubles. may picked up this germ any passenger of Moscow subway.
5. Escalators.
They or repair, then do not enter in the subway:
or simply not included.
In fact if there is an opportunity to include two escalators include … one.
In Moscow subway has a special term – «penguins». People walking in a crowd to the escalator is very reminiscent of penguins))

Out with the crazy rush hour the underground is the best way to get around Moscow because above ground cars have taken over everywhere traffic jams lasting 6 hours are not un-common and it’s impossible to walk on a pavement for more than a few yards because irresponsible lazy drivers just park wherever they like, I’ve seen car drivers park on zebra crossings not that any Moscow driver takes any notice of zebra crossings anyway but why would they when the police must be the laziest corrupt cops anywhere in the world
